🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day

Estimated Delivery Time:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Areas: 5–7 business days
Remote Locations: Up to 10 business days

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

✅ Eligible for Return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
Products must be in original packaging with all tags intact
Gadgets/electronics only if defective on arrival (must be reported within 48 hours)

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

Used, washed, or damaged products
Innerwear, swimwear, or personalized/custom items
Electronics not reported as defective within 48 hours

🔄 Exchange Requests

Exchanges are available for size or color, subject to stock availability
Exchange requests must meet all return eligibility conditions

💸 Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval and inspection
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable

- Reason for return
- Clear product images (if applicable)
Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours
Once approved, ship the product to the return address provided
